Alpine Meadows 3 Bedroom ski lease on Mineral Springs

Comfortable three bedrooms/two-bathroom home in Alpine Meadows on Mineral Springs Drive. The house is just a few miles from the parking at Alpine Meadows. You can also use the free Mountaineer Shuttle to get dropped off and picked up at the house if you don't want to pay for a parking reservation. The new gondola is ready to take you over to Palisades if you prefer to ski there. The driveway fits one car comfortably in the winter and one car in the garage, so there is parking for 2 cars in total. The driveway is sloped, so we recommend AWD w/ winter tires. This is a quiet neighborhood close to Alpine Meadows so it does receive a lot of snow! The owner's take great care of the home and have created a warm, comfortable and inviting space for tenants to enjoy in the winter months. The cabin is well furnished with leather couches and leather swivel chairs and oriental rugs. Parts of the house were recently remodeled with double pane windows, new hardwood floors downstairs and new carpet upstairs. There is also a new fireplace hearth for the living room wood stove. The open floor plan in the living/dining/kitchen area makes for an excellent entertaining area and the large back deck has forest views and space for kids (or adults) to play in the snow. There is room for ski storage in the main entry and in the garage, and a full bathroom on the main level. The three bedrooms, full bathroom, and laundry are all upstairs. Bedroom 1: Queen bed Bedroom 2: Queen bed w/ set of twin bunk beds. Bedroom 3: Two twin beds. Bathroom # 1: Full w/ shower only Bathroom # 2: Full w/ bathtub This house is available for ski lease only. Minimum of 4 months will be required. - Rent $5,600 / month - Security Deposit: Equal to two month's rent and will include prepaid amounts for driveway plow account, internet, phone and TV. - Propane: Deposit will be included in the security deposit. Tank is on property and levels will be read at least start and lease end. Invoices will be posted to tenant online portal to pay throughout the lease. - Electricity: Can be kept in owner's name with monthly statements posted to tenant's online portal, or tenant may transfer electricity into their name. - Snow removal of stairs and propane tank are the responsibility of the tenant. * Max Occupancy of the house is 6 adults.
