This 1-bed, 1-bath home features an open floor plan with lots of natural light and tall ceilings. The floor is painted concrete, making it ideal for a furry friend, with a private gated patio area and low maintenance yard to enjoy the sunset during evenings. Inside the home, you will enjoy central heating and air, a spacious bedroom with ceiling fans and a large bathroom. The kitchen comes with appliances and in unit laundry, but residents are welcome to bring in their own if preferable.
Our location is close to East Bidwell with shopping, laundry, bike trails, City Park, Library, Folsom Zoo, Schools, City Hall and close to Sutter Street (old historical Folsom) with bars, restaurants, nightlife, train lines and more. Hwy 50 is only 10 or so minutes away.
Packages and deliveries are welcome to the house, but residents are asked to have their mail delivered to a PO box to avoid confusion with the front house. Utilities are $150 monthly to be paid in addition to monthly rent (not including wifi) and a pet deposit of $250 may be required. Maximum of 2 cars allowed in parking space.
Move in with 1st month’s rent plus 1-month’s security deposit.
12-month lease
Rental criteria is first come, first serve, with a minimum income of 2.5 times the monthly rent, a FICO score of 650 or higher credit score, and at least 2 years of positive, verifiable rental history.
