I would have liked the stove, refrigerator, and microwave oven to have been new since I consider that the rental price is somewhat expensive to be struggling with these things, when I go to the office to report something, most of the time they take a long time to solve it, right now I have an order for them to come and fix the alarm in my room, I think it's the fire alarm or the carbon monoxide alarm, it's been more than two years. weeks since I reported it and they still haven't come to solve this problem, and I would love for them to put me in a new stove if possible, thank you
