Our apartments are house sized with our one bedroom units being over 900 square feet (the same size as many other two bedroom apartments). With custom features like granite and marble countertops, hardwood floors, and an unbelievable number of closets you will live in luxury. All our units have private patios and lush views. Most of our kitchens are big enough for a breakfast nook or small office. Our oversized, hotel style bathrooms have separate showers and tubs so you have can feel like you are on vacation at home. With resort-inspired amenities including pool, fountains, sun deck, and unique tropical gardens your home will become an escape. Yet when you need to leave our building it is only a short drive or metro ride to Pasadena, downtown, and the best of Los Angeles. We have friendly and professional on site management and maintenance to help you feel right at home. Our building is located within the award winning Arcadia School District and within blocks of central Arcadia's restaurants and shopping. Our superb location puts you within walking distance of the best Arcadia has to offer, yet once you enter our garden paradise you will feel worlds away from the bustle of modern life. We welcome cats and dogs under 25 pounds. We require pet rent of $50 per month or more.
