Both must be in the form of a money order. You will also need to provide a valid picture I.D., social security card and proof of income. To complete this rental application, you must be prepared to provide 3 years of residential history as well as contact information for your current and previous rental references. You will also be asked to provide information on your monthly income, PLEASE NOTE THAT EACH APPLICANTS GROSS MONTHLY INCOME MUST BE AT LEAST THREE (3) TIMES THE MONTHLY RENT AMOUNT (PER APPLICANT OR MARRIED COUPLE).
