The apartment complex has a lot of immature tenants and there is often noise from loud cars. The utility costs are quite high and it feels like you're being overcharged for them. While Cox internet is included in the apartments, if you need a technician, you have to cover the cost. The amenities are good but the pool is frequently closed. The management is okay, but they tend to be quite naggy. Even though it's a non-smoking community, there are cigarette butts left outside the back gates. Overall, the rent is a bit too expensive for what is offered, and the community it has attracted may not be the best fit for everyone.

Overall it is a nice community but maintenance is lacking. There’s dog poop everywhere and trash cans are constantly full.
