Verified residentReview source: verified residentThe management team and staff at The Maddox are extremely exceptional starting with the grounds keepers to the maintenance and fixing department to the front office. These employees are extremely exceptional friendly quick and willing to listen to your situation’s. I am thoroughly impressed with the quick response to fixing anything that may be wrong in the apartment the maintenance Team is very quick and handles all problems. I especially appreciate the fact that the complex demands a certain respect for the people that live there. The noise control, And respect to Neighbor’s and respect to equipment and amenities, impresses me that you don’t allow people to come in and tear the place up. It shows that you have a very proud team of management and employees.
