1813 West Shiprock Street

I have a room available for rent in my four-bedroom, three-bath house located in Apache Junction. The room is furnished with a queen-size Sleep Number bed. It measures 12'7" by 9'10" and has tile flooring along with a small closet. The bathroom is shared with the fourth bedroom, which is usually used only when hosting out-of-town visitors about three to four times a year. During these times, the tenant will need to allow my visitors access to a clean bathroom. The fourth bedroom may be rented out in the future.
The house is equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, flat-top stove, washer and dryer, microwave, and various small kitchen appliances.
The tenant will have access to a refrigerator with a top freezer and a cupboard for food storage.
Entry to the house is shared.
Monthly rent is $850 and includes all utilities.
An ideal tenant is a respectful, quiet, tidy professional who is comfortable around animals.
The residence is shared with another female tenant, myself, and two dogs.
