Florida & Local Transient Tax: 12.5% (Covers Florida State Sales Tax, County Surtax, and Escambia Tourist Development Tax)

Departure Cleaning Fee: $300 (One-time fee)

Refundable Security Deposit: $2,500 (Returned post-checkout pending damage inspection)
