The apartment was not as listed. It was not clean. No one walked through it with me upon arrival. Under the kitchen sink was rotting out. The blinds were all broken. The faucets did not work properly. Parts of the carpet were patched up with loose carpeting. The neighbors are loud all around. Managment does not enforce cleaning up trash. Bags of trash would be left in common spaces for days with rodents and animals getting into it constantly. The neighbors below me had stinking trash and junk piling up in their screened in porch for months. The dumpsters on site for trash removal were disgusting and always over flowing. Managment and maintencance was terrible. You can never get ahold of them for anything. They would say they were sending the maintence guy and he would never come when he said. He also made me feel uncomfortable on multiple occasions. They took almost a week to fix my door that was not locking. They let me have a door that would not lock for over a week. No sense or urgency for repairs. All the repairs are done by this one guy and he does a terrible job. Shottily patching over holes and just covering up work that really needs to be done. The apartment was advertised as having a pool, volley ball court and dog park. The volley ball court was over grown and did not have a net. The pool was not open for months and months because it was apparently under repair. The dog park was overgrown and not usable. Tenants would leave dog poop around the common property all the time. Whenever I called managment for something they didn't rememeber who I was. They couldn't find my files or antying. They are so disorganized and unprofessional. When you go into the office no one would be at a desk. they would be in the back. They would be rude to you. They would gossip and complain to each other in front of customers. When I went to leave my apartment I was told I had to do a final walk through. I left work early for the scheduled final walk through. They forgot about it and then couldn't find any of my paperwork for when I signed the lease. They then kept trying to pressure me into just letting them walk through it on their own. But i wanted to make sure I got my security deposit back - they were rude and made me feel to be an inconvenience even though they scheduled the appointment. Since leaving I have got emails about them sending maintenence to my apartment, asking for reviews on my time living there and also following up on my interest in moving in. I don't know how I keep getting emails that are so irrelevant to me. I don't live there any more. It just goes to show how disorganized they are. I would not recommend anyone to live there ever.
