Flexhomes are furnished home rentals available for stays of 2 days to 12 months and anything in between.

Each Flexhome is fully furnished and includes a kitchen with cooking essentials, memory foam mattresses, sheets and towels, in-unit or shared building laundry machines, smart TV, coffee maker, laptop-friendly workspace, reliable high-speed internet, and a starter set of paper products, toiletries, and other household and cleaning supplies. And our friendly and responsive support team is available to assist from 9am-9pm 7 days a week.

Payments & renewals:

- Payment plans for monthly renewals: upon request, we can tentatively reserve renewal months without payment up until 14 days prior to each renewal date, after which the dates would be opened for other guests to book. Payment plans require the initial month to be paid in full

The space:
Enjoy luxury living in this newly renovated building in Milwaukee's financial district. The historic architecture maintains charm throughout the interior and exterior spaces while the apartment features high end amenities including quartz countertops, kitchen island, and in-unit washer and dryer.

This apartment is located in the residential portion of the Milwaukee Athletic Club, Milwaukee's premier members-only club. Flexhome guests enjoy access to the MAC's world-class fitness center and indoor saltwater lap pool, as well as complimentary shuttle service to all Bucks and Marquette games and a variety of local concert venues.

The space comfortably sleeps four with a queen bed in the bedroom and a convertible sofa bed in the living room. The sofa bed conveniently folds down into a queen size bed and extra pillows and sheets are stocked in the closet.

Parking:
- This listing includes one free parking space in the building's secured garage (the MAC Structure). Instructions for accessing the garage will be provided prior to your arrival
- Additional parking is available in the same garage and costs ~$30/day
- Metered street parking is available throughout the neighborhood. Keep in mind Milwaukee requires anyone parking on the street overnight to register for a permit which you can request for free up to 3 nights by calling the city and requesting one
- The garage has a vertical clearance of 6'6" which is enough for most consumer vehicles but may not accommodate larger vehicles such as RVs or full-size vans

Requirements:
1. Agree to our House Rules
2. Verify your identity by uploading a government-issued ID and selfie through our ID verification partner
3. Pay a $200 refundable security deposit. Deposit is payable online only and refund is issued after check-out assuming no damage, missing items, or broken House Rules. Refunds take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement

House rules:
1. Ages 21+ to book.
2. Authorized guests only, and no booking on behalf of others.
3. No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses.
4. No smoking of any kind anywhere on the premises including outdoor spaces ($150 fine will be assessed and additional fees for remediation may apply).
5. Quiet time after 10pm.
6. Guests must cover the cost to replace unreturned access devices such as keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.
7. Rental agreement is required for all stays of 28+ days, all direct bookings, all bookings on Vrbo, Homeaway, Expedia, or related subsidiaries or affiliates, and otherwise at our sole discretion.
8. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur on the premises and its facilities.
*Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, or expenses and may be removed from the property without refund.
