Verified residentReview source: verified residentThe street noise if you’re in the building near the street is pretty intense and for whatever reason in Sam, they seem to be cleaning the street at at all hours of the day. The units have thoughtfully done layouts that really make so much sense for the square footage feels very maximized. It’s a lovely building and it feels very nice and very safe.
