The entry way opens into the open concept floor plan, featuring the living room, dining nook, and kitchen. The living room has vaulted ceilings and LVP flooring. Both bedrooms have carpet and good closet space. The bathroom is located off the hallway along with an additional large closet with a washer/dryer hook up. Off the kitchen is a small deck that leads to the fully fenced backyard. The backyard is quite large and has a storage shed for all the outdoor tools along with other items you want to store. One small pet will be allowed, dog must be 20 pounds or less. The pet screening must be completed along with an application. This house is electric heat and hot water.

MOVE-IN COSTS: A reservation fee of 25% of the monthly rent is required to take the property off the market. This will be applied to your security deposit or rent at lease signing. A pet admin fee of $400 for the 1st pet and $250 for each additional pet. NOT identified as an assistance animal.

Monthly fees for pets are calculated as follows:
A Paw Rating of 3 or higher = $30 per month per pet
A Paw Rating of 2 = $50 per month per pet
A Paw Rating of 1 = $80 per month per pet
Pets not covered by PetScreening.com screening are treated with a Paw rating of 3, at a minimum.
Animal Acceptability
Tanked, caged, or animals kept in an enclosure will be charged $250 per enclosure. Examples include fish in tanks, birds in cages, and lizards in an enclosure.
Monthly Pet fees will be charged based on the "Paw Score" risk level assessed by PetScreening.com.
Farm or exotic animals, if not otherwise classified as Assistance Animals, are approved on a case-by-case basis, and the Property Manager reserves the right to reject any pet based on individual circumstances.
Assistance animals, once verified by PetScreening.com, will never be charged any upfront fees, monthly fees, or deposits. Residents are held responsible for any damages or maintenance related to the assistance animal.
