Owner is a 30yr old single professional with two small children (2 and 9). Looking to rent a room in a new home. Working in a high demand industry. So she is at work most of the time (6 days a week). Very little to no traffic. Looking for a financially stable, clean and considerate single roommate. The home is being built and will not be done until February or March. Looking to move someone in either April 1st or May 1st. Will update this post once we know a more accurate delivery date. There are a lot of upgrades throughout the house that you will love. The appliances are all stainless steel. Owner has upgraded the refrigerator to a large French door refrigerator with a pull out freezer at the bottom. The sink has been upgraded to a large stainless steel sink. The kitchen island has been upgraded to a beautiful granite. The stove has been upgraded to an extra large stove top. Owner also upgraded the drop down hood fan right above the stovetop. There is wood throughout the entirety of the home, excluding the bedrooms. It is a 3 1/2 bath, 4 bedroom, 3 level home. There is a two car garage and two car driveway. There is also plenty of street parking. (No towing in Belmont Bay community). The home is about a 2 minute walk to the water. There is a market, nail salon, hair salon/barber shop and more right at the water. Your bedroom will be downstairs in the entry level with a full bathroom right next to it. One of the garage spots and the driveway spots will be yours. Tenant will be sharing the kitchen, dining and living room on the middle floor. The living room has a beautiful floating/built in fireplace surrounded by floor to ceiling stones. The living room has very large windows that come down only a few feet from the floor. There is also a built in wine cooler/bar in the foyer between the kitchen and dinning room. The home will be fully furnished and fully equipped other than your bedroom itself. Per the owner, you are more than welcome to use anything in the kitchen as long as you clean up after yourself. Owner does not mind if you are a smoker. Just as long as you smoke on the patio or back deck. You will have full access to all of the community amenities. There is a commuter lot right inside of the community. There is also a gas grill on the back deck that you have full access to. Background checks and employment verification will be processed on all applicants.
