Renter will have full house access and while we will share the kitchen you will have the entire kitchen refrigerator/freezer to yourself. Nice deck with gas grill and a nice patio with fenced in back yard for privacy Assigned parking spot less than 50 feet away from front sidewalk. Access to (5) community pools during summer months with membership included in rent, and tons of area restaurants and shopping, 15 minutes to I-95 North/South exits, lots of commuter lots and bus stops and 15 minutes to the VRE station, area parks for recreation, lots of things to do. Light smoking ONLY. I smoke cigars. Absolutely no drug usage and this includes marijuana. Must be able to pass a background and credit check with a score of 600 or higher please. Firearms are welcome on the property providing they are legal and are secured at all times. I have the right to inspect them prior to you moving in. If you have a pooch it must be potty trained and must not be aggressive towards other people as I have young children that live next door. You are responsible for your pet.
