The office staff are all amazing! Maintenance is quick and respectful. It is a bit spendy and you can hear the neighbors depending on how loud they are, but so far absolutely love the place and all the fun events they put on.
Although expensive I do love living here. They have events for the residents and I’ve never lived at an apartment that does those kinds of things for there residents. Management has always been great I’ve never had any issues. I do hear the neighbors above me unfortunately but I decided that I wanted a lower level unit even knowing that could happen. I was on a second floor when I first moved in and always felt bad for the people below me because I have a child that likes to jump and dance and be loud on the ground. That was one reason why I moved to the bottom floor that and I didn’t want to do the stairs anymore ha ha. I’m going on 2 years now and still love it. It’s close to my work and my daughter can just walk right to school. Grocery and food all within walking distance and front row for the heritage day’s fireworks!
