    Repairs are taken care of quickly. Courtney holds the management team together. It was a complete disaster moving in, though. I was promised a unit and they were supposed to clean it before my lease date. They did not and I was moved to a different unit that wasn't upgraded. My downstairs neighbors can hear me walking and I can hear them, too, especially in the bathrooms. But I do like the layout of the apartment and that it has an island. I like the gym. Haven't been to the pool, yet. The parking isn't ideal.

    I live on the third level. My downstairs neighbors can hear every step I make. And I can hear them, too. Especially in the bathroom. I guess the ventilation system is connected to where I can hear full blown conversations and other things. The parking is not ideal and they refuse to fix the large potholes on the road. I also wish they had a boxing bag in the gym.
