Verified residentReview source: verified residentIncentivizedIt's pretty great living hear compared to other complexes and rental companies. Everything I've needed has been fixed the same day or within the week if parts need to be ordered. They turn off the water often but for only an hour or so at a time, usually while everyone is at work. I do not like that they will just show up at your door and try to come in after 1 knock though. A text or call before coming over would be nice. They do not let anyone cover their porches and balconies for whatever reason. Which is a bummer because I want to grow stuff without the worry of birds getting to my plants or bugs flying into my apartment. The noise is minimal and it's a great location. Doesn't matter if it's a busy time because there's so many outlets from the apartments. Lots of things close by too! The rent could be cheaper for what you get but that's just the way things are I guess
