A small comfy room (2 available) with shared bathroom in a shared home (3bed/2bath). Great central location in a quiet family neighborhood. All bills included. The current renter is moving to a new city after many happy years here. The owner (me) will be moving back in and renting out 2 of the bedrooms (male, late late 30s, 10 years as a kindergarten teacher, temporarily working from home due the move). The photos you see are from the current renter, everything you see in the photos belongs to him and will be taken away, so the home will be completely empty and unfurnished. Common areas will be furnished throughout July and August. If you prefer your bedroom to be furnished, I will help!
