An expansive great room, kitchen area opens to a large 2nd floor deck. All new appliances convey along with a ten foot oak dining table. Comes partially furnished or start from scratch.
The owner maintains an apartment on the ground floor for occasional use, but the pool and expansive deck are available for fishing and entertainment. Over 25 species of fish have been caught from the deck. Surrounding water is lighted. Owner will share expense of Platinum TV and high speed internet. Owner will pay first two hundred dollars of electricity, tenant is responsible for the remainder. Electricity averages $400 a month yearly.
