Verified residentReview source: verified residentIncentivizedI live in the older apartments and they have been repainted and caulked so many times, it's beginning to whos. The bottom of the vanity is loose and sticking out. But most of all, in front of the stairwell to go to the units, it is slippery mud when it rains and rocks to be tread on. The washer has rust and gets on my clothes at times; the freezer has a big crack in it and loses a lot of air. The maintenance work is not of good quality.
