We are not a complex we are a very small community. This is a place to live where you enjoy your neighbors, and lifelong friends are made. Large 2 bedroom with 1 bath that is walking distance to walking trails, shopping, entertainment, and dining. You won't find a unit like this or at this price in Boerne. We have remodeled the units from top to bottom and they look amazing. We have new granite countertops and brand new soft close cabinets that are stunning.
