Offering our home for short term rental (3-6 months at a time, for up to a year, although month to month can be arranged for a slight fee) as we will be temporarily out of state because of work. Internet will be included, and tenants will be responsible for utilities (gas, electricity, & water). Monthly rent for the house furnished is $3800/month. Tenant will also be required to get a P.O. Box since our mail will still be delivered to our keyed community mailbox. House will have security system and cameras outside for insurance purposes only. Length of lease options can be discussed on an individual basis as well as if you'd like to have the house partially unfurnished or not. If you have any questions please feel free to ask.
