Verified residentReview source: verified residentComplex has gone downhill since first moving in. Pool policies ignored, communal garbage overflowing, dog poop and trash everywhere, valet doesn’t pick up trash some nights despite paying for it, maintenance orders responded to slowly or not at all, so many bees and wasps despite complaints, voicemail box is full, apartments are dusty and airflow is awful no matter what. Rent price is decent and location is good, and the people are relatively friendly and quiet but that’s it.
