3 bedrooms, 2 baths with lots of natural light. Very cozy with wood-burning fireplaces in the living room and keeping room. Patio area with fire pit. Mature landscaping with shady oaks in the back yard. Mature gardenias, camellias in front. Such a great neighborhood! The street is quiet, the neighbors are friendly. Super convenient to downtown Greenville, I-385, shopping. Several parks close by. Excellent neighborhood association. Extremely cozy home!

Once the tenant takes possession of the property, $150 of the Non-Refundable Reservation Fee is applied to the Lease Administration Fee and the remaining balance of the Non-Refundable Reservation Fee is applied to the Security Deposit.

SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT: Security Deposits are typically equal to the monthly rent amount less the $150 Lease Administration Fee. However, in cases where there are more perceived risks due to credit, income, rental history, etc., the Landlord reserves the right to require a higher security deposit.

RESIDENT BENEFITS PACKAGE: In addition to the monthly rent, there is an additional $30 monthly charge that helps cover the cost of a filter subscription service, Master Insurance Policy featuring $100,000 in Liability Coverage and $10,000 in Tenant Personal Contents Coverage, 24/7 Maintenance Coordination, Free Online Rental Payments, Tenant Portal Access, Online Move-In Inspection Reports, Rental Verifications, and 14 Hour/Day/7 Days/Week Staffing Center.
