This apartment features hardwood floors throughout with ceramic in the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen has a dishwasher, disposal, built in microwave, ice maker, and a gas stove. There is central ac, private laundry in the unit, spacious dining room/living room area, ceiling fans, and custom closets. One off street parking space is included in the rent.
Tenants pay gas and electric. Landlord pays water, sewage and trash.
This Point Breeze double duplex is located a block from Frick Park and the bus stop at Forbes & Braddock, and it's only a few blocks from the shops and restaurants of Regent Square. The entire building was renovated featuring all new insulation, plumbing, windows, electric, and HVAC. Each apartment has a private deck, private laundry (not coin operated) and storage room in the basement. There is one off street parking space in the rear for each apartment.
All our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for animals.
Smoking is not permitted in any of our properties.
