Pet Policy: Up to 1 pet may be allowed (dogs up to 25 lbs), but must be approved by Owner/Agent on a case-by-case basis. There is an additional pet deposit of $500 and pet rent of $25/month for each approved pet.
Utilities: Tenants are responsible for power/water/sewer and Xfinity if desired. Owner/Agent pays for refuse service.
Laundry: Stacking washer and dryer are included
Landscaping: Tenant is not responsible for landscaping and exterior care.
Parking: 2 assigned parking spaces.
