Property DescriptionWelcome home to your spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom residence set on a private, tree-lined quarter-acre lot in Corvallis's desirable Witham Hill neighborhood. Built in 1965, this 4,224-square-foot home blends classic mid-century character with comfortable, everyday livability.
Step inside to hardwood and natural brickwork throughout the main living spaces, anchored by a cozy gas fireplace in the sunken living room. The finished basement offers a large bonus room and adjoining office, perfect for remote work, a home gym, media room, crafts and whatever else you have always wanted space for! The 3rd level is filled with natural light and privacy from the surrounding forest. The large two-car garage offers plentiful loft storage, and separate access to downstairs and backyard. Douglas firs and rhododendrons surround you in privacy on your spacious back deck and park-like backyard where you live in harmony with wildlife. Two new gas furnaces paired with central air conditioning provide independent multi-level climate control between levels.
Location is a standout: enjoy the quiet, low-traffic setting of McKinley Dr., walk to nearby parks, elementary school, restaurants and grocery stores, bike to downtown Corvallis, HP, and OSU via connected bike lanes, or take advantage of nearby Corvallis Transit System bus service. The home falls within highly regarded school boundaries of Bessie Coleman Elementary, Linus Pauling Middle School, and Crescent Valley High School, a big part of why this neighborhood remains one of the most requested in Corvallis.
