The Arden Northwest

Management got an unsatisfactory due to them telling me in the beginning that I would be on flex pay and when it would not allow for me to pay there I started getting money orders and taking them to ms shoriah in the office and she told me that I would not be charged late fee and that I had over 300 in credits yet I now owe late fees for every month I ha been here and the credits were never credited so I’m now showing as behind on my rent!! Maintenance called me 2 months after I put in a work order for a clogged up sink and garbage disposal not working. And asked me if it was still clogged up with standing water!??

I would call multiple times and no answer, I would explain how there is something wrong or needs fixed and nothing got fixed till like 2 months later. Love it here tho just need to be faster and actually get things done. Thank you
