PETS:
Small dogs are allowed, but are considered on a case-by-case basis. All pets have to be approved in advance. If approved there would be a nonrefundable pet deposit and a monthly pet fee per pet. No dogs over 35lbs. 2 pet max. Pets must be house trained and up to date shots. Must provide paperwork for service animals.
