The community and apartment are quiet, clean, and friendly. There are some issues with parking, but there is always a spot within walking distance. Location wise, it is in a good area, however it is car dependent for any groceries or other needs outside of the community. The community itself however is very safe and walkable.

We are a pet friendly community at Albany Landings Cats and dogs are welcome with a $300.00 pet fee per pet. You may bring a total of 2 pets with you to your new home. Monthly pet rent is $40.00 per pet. If you are leasing online and you have multiple pets, please contact us at the leasing office at the end of the leasing process regarding the pet fees.
