Overage reimbursements may also apply. $18.99/month Resident Benefit Package will be charged each month (see details below) Application Qualification Requirements: -Causes for immediate application denial include but are not limited to: Eviction filings or judgments against any applicant within the last 5 years, OR Debts owed to properties or landlords or mortgage brokers, OR Debts owed to utility companies (not including cable/internet/phone services), OR Felonies at any time or misdemeanors in the last 8 years relating to fraud, drugs, theft, or violent offenses (assault, sexual, or weapons offenses), OR Open or discharged bankruptcies in the last 5 years. -Household monthly gross income must be at least 3x the rent amount. Income documentation must be provided in the form of: the most recent pay stubs going back 60 days/2 months or an official offer letter for future employment to begin before the lease start date. Prior year’s tax returns or bank statements may be used on a case-by-case basis. ONLY TAXABLE or VERIFIABLE INCOME WILL BE CONSIDERED. -WE ARE HAPPY TO CONSIDER APPLICANTS WITH HOUSING ASSISTANCE OR VOUCHERS.
