The room is furnished with: bed, ample closet space, desk, bookshelf, and new carpet.

Must be able to follow basic house rules.

You would have the place to yourself once or twice a week while I stay at my significant other's condo.
Walk to Baldwin Wallace easily.
No smoking. No animals allowed (cat does not get along).

Excellent location! The condo (on 1st floor) is in Berea, right next to beautiful Coe Lake with trails, a pavilion, and city pool. Walking distance to the library, police, shops and restaurants, Starbucks, bars, grocer, Berea square. Metroparks also right next door!

Non-smoker, Pescatarian, recycler, somewhat neat, likes cats.
I have one well-behaved fourteen-year old tortoiseshell kitty.
