Verified residentReview source: verified residentSince moving in here there have been several property managers and stints of no manager on the property. The basic upkeep of the grounds is terrible. The pool opened much later than promised. The pond has been allowed to become scummy and unhealthy for the animals living in it. There is no aeration of the water. We get monthly nastigrams about cleaning up after pets when the pet waste containers are overflowing with feces. It is shamefully kept. When trying to move out to a place that actually cares about conditions they charge a fortune to leave. There is no security at the complex. In one night at least 4 cars that I know of were broken into. Mine was one of them. I have not enjoyed this property.
