210 Fox View Pl

ABOUT THIS HOME Tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac in a lake front neighborhood you'll find 210 Fox View Place. This home offers the best of both worlds; a coveted location in a prime Cary area within the confines of an established neighborhood, but boasting all of the benefits of modern construction. This represents a combination that is extremely rare and sought-after in this part of town! Upon arival, a wide concrete driveway offers plenty of parking space whilst the alluring curb appeal and covered front porch welcome you inside to a stunning interior. As this home was custom-built, it includes only the finest of fixtures and finishes throughout. The first floor is filled with dark hardwood floors accentuated by 9' ceilings and copious amounts of window space that allow natural light to fill the interior. The family room is perfectly proportioned and includes a cozy gas log fireplace with recessed accent lighting and wiring already in place for a wall-mounted flat panel TV above. Adjacent to the family room is a dining area anchored by a gorgeous chandlier; this open arrangement works perfectly for causal daily living and entertaining alike. The heart of 210 Fox View Place has to be its stupendous chef's kitchen! This is a space that you'll love to spend time in and it's as beautiful as it is functional. Vast expanses of beautiful granite counters offer ample room for meal prep as well as a breakfast bar with a deep overhang. A tiled backsplash keeps things clean and adds visual interest and the under-cabinet lighting looks amazing in the evenings! Also found in the kitchen are sleek stainless steel appliances (including a built-in microwave, a smooth-top range, French door refrigerator and dishwasher) as well as a double door pantry, 2 glass front upper cabinets, dual pendant lights over the breakfast bar and a double bowl undermount sink with beautiful lake views. Before leaving the kitchen be sure to take a trip down the back hallway where you'll end up in a beautiful screened-in porch that also offers lovely water views and leads down to a spacious, flat backyard area; perfect for play space, backyard BBQ's and much more. Back inside don't miss the spacious powder room, a super-convenient "drop down" area with coat hooks and upper/lower cubbies as well as a gorgeous garage boasting built-in shelving as well as fresh epoxy flooring that really makes this space shine. 210 Fox View Place continues to impress upstairs! Take a quick jaunt up the stairs where you'll immediately notice (and appreciate) the brand new carpeting throughout. At the top of the stairs you're greeted by a landing area with a conveniently-located 2nd floor laundry room (washer and dryer included for resident's use). No more hauling laundry up and down the stairs again! The owner's suite measures 16x13 and also includes 9' ceilings as well as triple windows (offering more lake views), a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom boasting an elevated marble-topped satin finish vanity with dual sinks, a tiled floor, a jetted tub, separate water closet and an amazing walk-in shower with glass doors, double showerheads and a very cool river rock basin! Down the hallway are bedrooms #2 and #3; both generously proportioned with easy access to a full hall bathroom. Finally, you'll end up in the 4th bedroom measuring 14x20; this room is almost the same size as a 2 car garage and it boasts a walk-in closet, another set of triple windows with water views and a ceiling fan.
