Verified residentReview source: verified residentThe underground parking garage is very expensive, $85 a month is a bit much in my opinion. Other market rate apartments I've lived at in the area are in the $50 range, as well as allow a kayak to be stored in the space as well. The Blakeley won't accommodate my kayak in my parking spot, which is very odd. As far as the noise goes, the sliding glass doors in the units themselves are not airtight, being that these units do face a major highway, a higher quality door should have been used. You can hear the traffic all hours of the day. Maintenance was notified, and tried to solve but still same issue with noise.
