Verified residentReview source: verified residentIncentivizedToo many violations that are not addressed when it clearly states on a written given lease which they don't address. Not enough cameras to capture violators. Too many uncivilized children running around the halls and throwing trash outside. When you're paying for parking, there no needs to be assigned space to keep out unwanted violators. Especially people who comes to park in the handicap spaces who are not residents so the towing company can determine who are residents or not.
