Verified residentReview source: verified residentI can not go out after 4pm and drive my vehicle because I won't have anywhere to park when I return home. This is not convenient. The tenant that lives above me has numerous small children making noise. Rest time is limited. Help

- We allow up to 2 cats per home. Other pets--if it always lives in a cage, bowl or tank then generally we allow two per apartment (call for details). For fish, we allow 50 gal maximum tank size.
We have ample, unreserved public parking spaces on the quiet streets within Kaywood Gardens. There is also public parking along the adjacent public streets in the residential neighborhood surrounding our community. No permits are required for residents or visitors. Local laws apply with the typical restrictions for fire lanes and handicapped spaces.
