Spacious first floor with living dining rooms, half bath, as well as an open kitchen area featuring stainless steel appliances, butcher block counters and full sized washer/dryer. Upstairs contains the 3 bedrooms, with flexible options to convert one to an office or den if necessary, and the full bathroom. Beautiful hard wood flooring throughout the first floor and LVP upstairs. Mudroom off the back leading to a nice backyard to relax! Tenant is responsible for all utilities including, electric, gas, cable/internet and quarterly water/sewer bills. There is no smoking in the unit and pets are considered on a case to case basis, with restrictions on breed and number allowed. There will be a monthly fee per pet as well as a refundable $500 pet deposit. Street parking is available out-front and surrounding areas. Household income must meet 3x the rental amount.
