Townhome has been well maintained with 3 bedrooms and the potential for a 4th bedroom on the lower level; lots storage space; parking out front; the property is conveniently located near schools, shopping centers, restaurants, and major routes. Please place parking permit on your vehicle dash board to avoid being towed and park in Visitor space. Parking permits are on the kitchen counter. The parking permit must be clearly visible and must be returned to the property and placed back on the kitchen counter. Washer & dryer will be installed, and carpet cleaned after the least agreement has been signed.
