The complex it’s self is really nice and brand new. However, expect large rent increases year over year. The parking situation has turned into a nightmare. There is lot parking for free or garage parking for over 100 a month. Most people opt for the free parking, but they didn’t make enough of it. So now, tenants are not allowed to have visitors park. Really huge bummer if you like hosting. There is basically no other options for your guests to park. The gym is way too small for how many people now live in the building. People do lot clean up after themselves. There’s a ton of dogs which is great but unfortunately there’s a lot of owners who don’t pick up after their dogs. I’ve slipped in dog mess 3 times as well as my dog. It’s convenient if you work in the city but you’re better off finding somewhere that won’t charge ridiculous fees
Leasing office gives off RA vibes, windows barely open so it forces you to always use the AC, $ /sq ft is pretty expensive
