Convenient location, less than 2 minute walk from Wollaston T-Station. Drive to downtown Boston would only take 10-15 mins if traffic's good. North Quincy and Quincy Center take 5 mins by T.

All the amenities are just steps away. Lots of restaurants, cafes, banks, retail stores, barber shops, and convenient stores around that are within 5 minutes or less of walking distance. CVS Pharmacy, Dunkin Donuts, hot pot, sushi, bars, grocery stores, gyms, banks, gas stations, you name it.
