“I have lived here since February. I have enjoyed it and found management to be responsive to my needs. My apartment is lovely and was in good condition when I moved in. The only issue I have is there is no limit on dog size and each apartment is allowed to dogs. Owners picking up after there dogs has improved immensely. However, some owners insist on leaving their dogs "off-leash" which is a problem for those who keep their pets on a leash. There is a leash law but I believe it needs to be enforced more. I don't really use many of the amenities so cannot comment on them. I love to walk and Middletown Landing is perfect for walking: very little traffic and pleasant landscaping. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment.”
