Minimum rental credit score of 600
3x rent in monthly gross income
No prior evictions in past 7 yrs

Move in fees and requirements:

Any occupant over the age of 18 is required to apply and pay the non-refundable application fee. The non-refundable application fee is $60 per applicant.
