Minimum combined average credit score of 600 required. A lower credit score may be accepted but is based on credit report details (see application instructions for details). Security deposit is typically $1,500 but is based on overall application score (see application instructions for details). Pets are not permitted. This is a non-smoking unit. An additional $20/month resident benefit package (for up to 2 people named on lease plus $5 per additional person) is added to all leases and includes resident portal access, positive monthly payment reporting to credit bureaus, identity theft protection thru Allstate and several other resident benefits.
