Kitchen is brand new with quartz counter-tops and stainless steel appliances. New floors throughout, ceramic tile in lower level. New central heat and air and separate laundry room. Full size basketball court and playground in your back yard!i

Living room, dining, kitchen, full bathroom and three bedrooms on the main level. On this main level, two of the bedrooms have king sized beds and the third bedroom is a bunkbed with a full and twin mattress.

On the lower level, there is a family room, 4th bedroom with two twin beds, workspace desk and laundry room.

There is also a luxury queen air mattress available, pack n'play and highchair.

Each TV comes with the streaming cable packages

WiFi comes with the house and strong network.

The house comes with a home security system if you would like to use it

All of the dish and cookware, pots, pans, blender plates, bowls cups, etc, etc, come stocked in the home. All linens are cleaned and ready on your arrival. Showers come stocked with Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash and a few rolls of toilet paper.

Parking is in a driveway next to the home and usually available for at least two cars. There is also free street parking usually very close, if not in front of the home.
