1. Candidates with previous evictions need not submit their applications. 2. Reference letter/s from supervisor and previous landlord are required. 3. Candidates should provide proof of sufficient monthly income to afford living expenses. 4. Obtain a rental application URL from the listing agent. 5. All aged 18+ need to have credit / background reports. 6. Tenant will provide Landlord 60 days notice of terminating lease or renewing the leasing. 7. Tenant agrees to accommodate showings 60 days prior to move-out. 8. Tenant may break lease early with 1 month rent penalty and 60 days notice. 9. No smoking is permitted in the home. 10. Tenant should obtain renter insurance and provide Landlord with a copy within 30 days from the beginning of the contract. 11. If tenant would like to bring a pet into the home, written consent must be given by landlord.
