Verified residentReview source: verified residentI had to wait over 2 weeks for my appliances to get fixed, the dryer burnt 2 of my comforters and I was told management was going to see about reimbursing me since I had to go out and buy 2 more and I never heard back, then there was an attempt to give me a violation about my service dog who had been registered there 3 months after I moved in when I brought her here all because I had to call corporate to get help with my appliances.

- Breed restrictions apply. No resident is permitted to have a pet without executing a pet addendum. All pets must meet the pet restrictions, a copy of which is available upon request. All pet fees or other amounts associated with having a pet must be paid as stated on the pet addendum. Pet owners must create a Pet Profile with PetScreening. This profile is active for 12 Months. Resident Pet Profile must be active during the lease term and all renewal lease terms. A non-refundable pet fee and pet rent is required prior to move in for each pet. Except for the pet(s) described, Resident shall not keep any other pet or offspring of this pet on the property.
