The guest bedroom on the main floor also offers access to the entertainment porch, providing a tranquil setting to fall asleep to the serenade of crickets and the refreshing mountain breeze. Ascend upstairs to discover an airy loft area ideal for a den or office, along with the primary suite featuring an upgraded ensuite showcasing a remarkable tile shower and double granite vanity. Step onto the private balcony overlooking the lush woodlands for a moment of serene contemplation. The lower level presents an inviting entertainment space, a third bedroom, a full bath, and access to another porch area.

This 3BR/3BA retreat accommodates up to 4 occupants, with a no-smoking policy and consideration for a small dog upon request. Rent is set at $3000 per month, with tenants responsible for all utilities. Soft goods (sheets, towels, comforters, etc.) are not included with furnished rentals. Resident will need to provide their own.

Move-in requires the first full month's rent of $3000 (plus prorated rent if moving in mid-month), a $3000 security deposit, and proof of a renters insurance policy for the first year.
