Turn left out of the driveway and you'll find Lowe's, Walmart, the Athens-Clarke County Tag Office, Satterfield Park, and many more shopping establishments as well as restaurants. Turn right out of the driveway and you have quick access to the loop and downtown Athens.

This unit will be receiving a very heavy renovation that will include brand new LVP flooring throughout the unit (no carpet), new paint, updated AC, and an updated kitchen. Each unit has lots of natural lighting. Side B does NOT have a carport.

We are pet friendly but can only accept a maximum of 2 pets at this property! We require a $200 non-refundable pet deposit for two pets; as well as $25/month pet rent that will be included in your monthly rent.
